Provider asking if we received documentation from them
If a provider calls to inquire if we have received a fax, claim, corrected claim, ect and it is not attached to the member or claim, we do not have it. Have the provider resend the information.
We take care of the faxes and mail sent to us within 24 hours of receiving it.
*Claims does not need to be notified if a provider is faxing us something*
